Partnership inquiries
The form collects your name, company, email, city/state, material description and any optional volume or message you provide. Alex and ILS use those details to review and respond to your inquiry. Contact consent is required; occasional program updates have a separate, optional checkbox. There is no automatic marketing enrollment.
Cloudflare hosts the page and handles submissions. Inquiry records are stored with Supabase. A salted hash of the requester’s IP is used for abuse prevention; the application does not store the full IP in inquiry records. Providers may process IP addresses and technical request information when delivering and protecting their services.
Ace chat
Ace is an AI assistant, not a person. When you click Send in Ace, your question and a limited amount of the current conversation are sent through Cloudflare to OpenAI to generate a response. Do not send confidential customer information, sensitive device contents, passwords or payment details.
This application does not save chat transcripts to a database or browser storage. Messages remain in the page’s memory until you clear the conversation or leave the page. Requests use OpenAI’s store: false setting; that is not a promise of zero retention by OpenAI. OpenAI may retain API data for abuse monitoring under its applicable policies. See OpenAI’s API data controls.
Supabase stores chat quota counts and daily salted IP hashes for abuse and usage limits, not chat content. IP quota records expire within two days and are removed on subsequent quota requests; aggregate counters expire within 32 days. Chat has no access to your existing inquiry, CRM records or private ILS data.
Storage, choices and corrections
Inquiries are retained for follow-up and business record needs; no automatic inquiry deletion schedule is currently configured. You can request correction, deletion or withdrawal of optional updates by emailing Alex. Please identify the email address used for the inquiry without sending sensitive device data.
This site does not use advertising trackers or chat cookies. Fonts and visual assets are hosted on this site. External links take you to services with their own privacy practices. AI answers can be wrong; use Alex for confirmed material, documentation and commercial decisions.
